The 100 Day Challenge – Change Your Life in 100 Days!- Free Report
Posted by admin | Filed under Inspirational
We all began this year at GO, and all roads lead to a final rendezvous; the difference is what we’ve done en route. Goals set, actions taken, and results realized determine if you get to call this year a success or not.
September 23rd is an important date as it marks the 100 day countdown of 2009.
With that in mind, I have put together a number of questions for you to consider as you progress toward the finish line and call this year a wrap:
1. What specific results have you achieved so far this year?
2. Are you healthier, wealthier, and wiser?
3. Are you winning, losing or just holding ground?
4. What results are you committed to achieve by the end of the year?
5. How have you grown and what have you learned this year?
6. Is there any unfinished business that needs to be tended to in your life?
7. Are you actively pursuing what’s most important on a daily basis?
8. What habits do you need to change to ensure better results?
9. What is the key issue that inhibits your ability to perform at your best?
You must live to answer and honor these questions, because when it comes to the last 100 days of the year, every day and everything you do counts.
With that in mind, I wanted to share with you an exciting opportunity to finish the year strong—it’s called the 100 Day Finish Strong Challenge! You can get your free report here
One thing we all have in common is that we all love a challenge. For some it could be a goal that puts you to the test, an obstacle that says you can’t beat me, a belief system that is begging for a breakthrough, or even a mountain that just dares you to climb it.
Whatever it is, you’re attitude should be BRING IT ON, as there’s nothing quite like a good old fashioned challenge to see what you’re made, to push the boundaries and tests your limits as it is ONLY when we overcome these trials that we get to reap the sweetest rewards.
Gary Ryan Blair, otherwise know as The Goals Guy has put together what I believe to be the most comprehensive approach to goal setting and performance enhancement.
The 100 Day Finish Strong Challenge is a structured 14-week performance improvement program where challengers compete against themselves to achieve a number of challenging goals and finish the year strong.
You and other competitors from around the world will be provided with a performance plan, a disciplined implementation process, daily measurement systems, and a very unique accountably tool along with specific tactics and strategies to attain your goals.

Napoleon Hills “Six Ways to Turn Desires Into Gold”
Posted by admin | Filed under Personal Development
In the second chapter of Napoleon Hill’s book “Think and Grow Rich” entitled Desire (how fitting) Hill lays out a foundation for anyone to achieve the amount of wealth they desire.
It is important to note that this does not have to be just about monetary wealth, although that is the meaning of Hill’s 6 steps. One can apply these steps to any area of their life. Whether it is health, finances, family, etc. These steps work if, and this is the part that many miss, they are continually practiced.
That being said here are Hills six steps:
1. Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire. It is not sufficient merely to say “I want plenty of money.” Be definite as to the amount. (There is a psychological reason for definiteness.)
2. Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire. (There is no such reality as “something for nothing.”)
3. Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire.
4. Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin at once, whether you are ready or not, to put his plan into action.
5. Write out a clear, concise statement of the amount of money you intend to acquire, name the time limit for its acquisition, state what you intend to give in return for the money, and describe clearly the plan through which you intend to accumulate it.
6. Read your written statement aloud, twice daily, once just before retiring at night, and once after arising in the morning. As you read—see and feel and believe yourself already in possession of the money.
All six steps must be practiced daily as noted in step six. Saying them aloud promotes a sense of conviction to your mind.
Another point to note about the steps is that they are exact. You do not vaguely say I want to be rich. You have to be specific in your desires and have that definite plan.
Many of the current books that teach creation of your desires seem to leave out a plan or definite amount of anything. That is one among many reasons I like “Think and Grow Rich.” The more specific you make things, the easier it is to see and expect them.

The Law Of Attraction And You
Posted by Simon Cray | Filed under the laws of attraction
The Law of Attraction is a universal law which states that our lives depend on our thoughts and emotions. It is a law of creation. Despite the simplicity of this law, it is difficult to understand because it differs from everything we were used to believe. Famous people like Albert Einstein and Joseph Addison knew how to use the law of attraction. Albert Einstein said that everything is energy. Experts in quantum physics claim that you are influencing everything around you. Whether you use it consciously or not, this law is constantly in action as the law of gravity.
It seems that the law of attraction works for perfectly for millions of people around the world, who can talk you for hours about miraculous changes that took place in their lives. Most of them were able to solve problems, to find love and to heal themselves. The secret lies probably in the power of autosuggestion.
But what are the principles on which the law of attraction is based? How does it work?
Every thought you have is a form of energy that emits a vibration, a signal. This signal attracts the same rate of vibration on the same frequency. Your thoughts are messages to the Universe, becoming a form of energy. This is what we call the law of attraction, one of the most powerful laws of the universe and the basis of creative visualization. In the same way a magnet attracts metal, your mind attracts energy. Unfortunately most people care more about what they don’t have or about what they want to change in their lives, wondering why nothing goes well. The law of attraction ignores the nature of your thoughts. So if your thoughts remain stuck on the fact that you have can’t have a certain thing, your energy will focus on failure and not on success.
Everything that happens to you is determined by your thoughts, beliefs and intentions. The question is: ‘Do you know what you want?’ Make a list of what you want. There is nothing too good or too big. Do you want a bigger house, a beautiful pool, a life partner or more money? Have fun with this list and imagine that everything you written there is already happening.
Love yourself! Love and positive thoughts attract positive energies. The easiest and most effective way to accomplish your desires is to imagine that you have already obtained the object of your desire, that it is part of your everyday life. When you want something, you should focus your thoughts and attention on it; by thinking intensely, you are emitting vibrations that attract positive things to your life.
Remember that everything, absolutely everything that happens in your life is attracted to you through the images created in your mind. Start doing things that influence your mood positively. When it comes about the law of attraction, each detail matters. An interesting book, some good music or a beautiful picture can help you to get rid of negative thoughts.
The law of attraction is effective if you take into account what you had until now and what you will have from now on. Act accordingly and mobilize yourself to become exactly as you want: rich, loved, healthy and so on. Everything around us is composed of energy, so learn to focus your thoughts on your desires, benefiting fully from the energy around you.
Learn to enjoy everything you have. Although it seems normal to have a good health or to live in a nice neighborhood, it has a great importance. Just think about all those people who don’t have a house of their own or who suffer from incurable diseases. That would make anything to be in your place. Be grateful and your positive thoughts will bring you even more happiness!

The Laws Of Attraction And Your New Life
Posted by admin | Filed under law of attraction, laws of attraction, the law of attraction, the laws of attraction
Why is it that some people can achieve astounding personal and professional success at a young age? Why is it that other people seem to spend their lives languishing on the sidelines, watching their existence distilled into a series of unmet deadlines and unfulfilled dreams? It is because the first person learned the importance of the laws of attraction while the second person scoffed at the ideas that the laws of attraction espouse. If you want to have a happy and successful life, keep your mind open to the laws of attraction.
Many people feel the success is an ephemeral quality that cannot be grasped, but only bestowed. These people, regardless of their other qualifications, will probably never be successful. This is because success is not only something that you can grasp, but something that you must grasp if you ever truly want it. The best way to grab success and make it your own is through using the laws of attraction.
The laws of attraction are not anything that you can find in a judicial tome. It also has nothing to do with being physically attractive to the opposite sex. The laws of attraction are collectively a mindset that creates an aura of happiness and success around you.
It is harder than you think. Most of our life is taken up running errands, meeting deadlines, cooking, cleaning, taking care of the kids, and – of course – sleeping. If we do get a few moments to ourselves, we generally turn on the television and turn off our brains. In order to get to know yourself, you have to take time to spend alone.
In order to create a firm foundation built on your sense of self-worth, you need to spend some quality time with yourself. This is going to take longer than one walk in the park. Honestly look to the bottom of your soul and find all of your strengths and weaknesses.
After you have spent a good deal of quality time getting to know yourself, you need to start thinking of yourself in a positive light. This can actually be a very hard task. We are our own best critics. Traits that we would never even notice in other people become a blight on our self-perception. In order to utilize the laws of attraction we need to become attractive to ourselves.
Once all of your negative qualities are rephrased so that they can be in the positive quality column it is time to move onto the next step of the laws of attraction. Take your newfound positive self-image and project it outward. Act as though you are successful and confident. Surprisingly, if you truly believe all those positive traits you found out about yourself, the people around you will also view you in a positive light.
So what are you waiting for? Now you know that if you can create a positive self-perception you will also be able to create a positive image of yourself in the minds of others. The laws of attraction are all about recreating yourself in an affirmative light.

Quit Making Excuses
Posted by Ayo Olaniyan | Filed under Personal Development
A few days ago I wrote on the subject 14 reasons to stop making excuses. I explained the motive for making excuses and suggested 14 reasons why we should avoid doing so. This is a follow up to that post and my focus will be; listing 13 ways to stop making excuses. It’s already established that giving excuses attempts to divert the attention from you (the individual) and tries to explain several reasons for not accomplishing or carrying out various tasks. It also puts up a wall of defence for exhibiting particular behaviors such as failing to keep promises, quitting certain habits etc.
Below is a list of ways to stop making excuses
Winston Churchill said Responsibility is the price of greatness. It resumes and ends with you; the choices you must make, the responsibilities to live up to, the attitude you portray, your level of seriousness and commitment etc. In all you do, theres always an element of contribution towards your success/failure.
Examine how well you are fairing in every aspect of your life. Compare where you were yesterday with where you are now with where you aspire to be in the future. Monitor your behaviour, strategies etc. Are they making you head towards the right direction? Are your plans and strategies still effective? If yes, carry on, if no , don’t make excuses, but rather look for alternatives.
Realize your mistakes: As humans, you will always make mistakes. Don’t be hard on yourself. Learn from the experience of failing. Accept responsibility and look for solutions on how to resolve the problems rather than making excuses.
Build your confidence:Making excuses won’t get you anywhere; rather it will just increase your feelings of insecurity.
There are numerous opportunities to shine, improve yourself, grow physically mentally, morally but you won’t know this if you keep making excuses.
Build on your successes: Being successful in anything doesnt come easy and its definitely not cheap. So cherish your successes, let them be a source of encouragement but at the same time look at your flaws. Work on it; be willing to learn from them. Make a list of all your accomplishments and the areas which require further development. Start taking progressive steps to success in every sphere of your life.
Know your limits: Know what you can do or cant do. Don’t do things to please people and get frustrated in the long run and at the same time dont relinquish your duties or responsibilities because you are extremely lazy and isnt interested in any positive outcomes. If you are serious about making progress, don’t make excuses.
Develop a high level of optimism
Accept responsibility: This list won’t be complete without mentioning the fact that we need to own up to our responsibilities. Stand up to your faults, successes, failures etc.
Don’t just sit there and make excuses, think hard and think well!!!
Listen: Learn to listen carefully to people, instructions and conversations. I have discovered that because we are overwhelmed by our fears, worries and inadequacies we do not to listen carefully to whats being said to us and quickly come up with all sorts of excuses.
Don’t be defensive at all. If youre going to stop making excuses, you have to learn to stop being defensive.
Go Forward: Whatever you do, wherever you are, in whatever situations you find yourself go forward!!! Take positive steps in order to advance your growth and personal development. Giving excuses will only create stunted growths in your life. Go forward today. Place that foot forward, don’t make any excuses.
I look forward to your comments, thoughts, ideas and suggestions on ways to stop making excuses
