Though exercise is a great way to lose weight, it doesn&#8217;t show you how to manage stress suitably.  Exercise should also be used together with other exercise method.    </p>
<p>One good way of relaxing is getting a therapeutic massage with natural aromatherapy essential oils, this is becoming a favorite way to unwind.    </p>
<p>To gain full relaxation, you must completely surrender to the senses and touch of a professional therapist as the warm oils are massaged into your body.   </p>
<p>There are a few types of massages that also give assorted levels of relaxation..allowing the warm oils to penetrate your skin delivering total relaxation.    </p>
<p>Another system of relaxation is Biofeedback.  The common biofeedback-training program encompasses a 10-hour sessions that&#8217;s often spaced one week apart.    </p>
<p>Hypnosis is one controversial relaxation technique.  It&#8217;s a good alternative for people who believe that they have no idea what it feels like to be relaxed.  It is also a good alternative for folks with stress related health issues.    </p>
<p>These relaxation methodologies are only some of the strategies you are able to do relaxation.  One more reason why we need to relax, apart from lowering blood pressure in folks and decreasing the chances of a stroke or a cardiac arrest, is perhaps because stress produces hormones that suppress the immunological system, relaxation gives the immunological reaction time to recoup and in doing so function more effectively.    </p>
<p>Relaxation reduces the activities in the brains&#8217; limbic system ; this is the emotional middle of our brain.    </p>
<p>Similarly, the brain has a periodic need for a more articulated activity on the right-hemisphere.  Relaxation is one way of achieving this.    </p>
<p>Relaxation will really be of good use once a relaxation technique is regularly built into your way of life.  Choose a method that you think you can do regularly.    </p>

<p>The Universe has many laws that people can understand, but Im going to talk to you about the opposite of the Law of Attraction, the Secret that everyone has been talking about for 3 years now. There is an unspoken Law of Repulsion and since no one knew much about it, I figured Id discover it.</p>
<p>Now, Ive used it more than I want to think. I wished it didnt exist, but it does. And I have proof. I was born under a great star, according to the spacey astrologers, so why did I turn blue at birth and almost die. Get Rheumatic Fever, and repel health and get a life full of illnesses that would make my immune system struggle.  While Im 63, still surviving and still teaching people to watch out for that Law of Repulsion. So, lets talk about the most important things that Ive repelled</p>
<p>Try my car keys. Before my wife put a small nail in the wall to hang the car keys, the car keys were under the influence of the law of repulsion. Believe it or not, before that nail by the door, Id lose them, repel them, and maybe theyd show up under a bureau, in the cats soccer game, in the big box on the shelf that I keep change in, by the TV, in the grocery bag, but more likely I repel them so far that they wind up at the bottom of the washing machine in the local laundry. No matter what I did to try to keep track of (a lighter form of say attracting) my keys, they were unconsciously repelled and sometimes I even found them in the ashtray of my locked car, dont ask &#8221; its that repulsion law.</p>
<p>So, I decided to study the universal laws to see whether I would pass the Universal Bar Exam and see if Id reach the Limit and become a Guru of Universal Law.</p>
<p>I had already mastered the law of repulsion, car keys, job interviews (didnt get those jobs), premature expulsion of relationships (yikes, even before I scored a goal, and it still cost me a dinner!). Truly I was a master of the law of repulsion. I was blowing it and the law of repulsion had impacted my personal life.  In business, I was in purchasing and sales, and back then I always told the clients or departments I worked with that deliveries would be on time. I knew the factories and they were ok, but, from knowing the industry and trucking business during blizzards, from years of experience &#8221; I knew in my heart of hearts that things wouldnt always be on-time. A blizzard would come in and trucks got block in.  I was beginning to attract things I feared, late deliveries at work. Yes, I attracted them. I attracted them with my thoughts. I was however a problem solver: I would fly to the factories, rent a big truck and drive south to where the roads were open, then east and back to the big apple &#8221; I was a great problem solver, and driving through mid America was very relaxing, and I could listen to audios and empower my thoughts for success.</p>
<p>In business, I was in purchasing and sales, and back then I always told the clients or departments I worked with that deliveries would be on time. I knew the factories and they were ok, but, from knowing the industry and trucking business during blizzards, from years of experience &#8220;I knew in my heart of hearts that things wouldnt always be on-time. <p>Thats when I thought, what could I do if I made a big sum of money. So, I did it, and then I took a two month vacation and thought, what could I do with this extra money I have &#8220;I invested it and a company and decided to run the company. I bought it, at age 26, without an accountant and lawyer, and it had problems. Big, big, problems for a little, little business. So, I lost the money, I watched it all go away  I was repulsing what I wanted the most &#8212; success. I repelled a live-in girl friend, lots of lovers, and wound up working an hourly job in Miami, then Bridgeport, and then I begged a friend to give me a chance with a sales position. And I proved that my mind could create, for me, the opportunity for me to be the money magnet non-stop for years and years.</p>
<p>What turned out to be the golden ring in my lifes seeking  &#8212; was knowledge, the one thing that God gave us the ability to learn here on Earth. And the greatest knowledge of all &#8221; what I think, feel, see, and know in my heart that I want &#8221; I get.  Your heart is the magnetic power, and the emotion is desire, and the overall category is love.  So, in truth &#8221; all we need is love.</p>
<p>What turned out to be the golden ring in my lifes seeking  &#8212; was knowledge, the one thing that God gave us the ability to learn here on Earth. And the greatest knowledge of all &#8220;what I think, feel, see, and know in my heart that I want &#8212; I get.  Your heart is the magnetic power, and the emotion is desire, and the overall category is love.  So, in truth &#8221; all we need is love. Later on in this series, well talk about getting hit by lightening while studying spiritual psychology which opened up my mind, and gave me the saying: Sometimes a man has to be struck by lightning to become open minded.</p>

<p>People of all walks of life are getting themselves a therapeutic massage more often now than a decade ago.  A number of reasons will be briefly discussed in this article.</p>
<p>Therapeutic massage is valuable in a number of ways and those who have taken themselves to massage centers can attest to this.</p>
<p>One, it assists in recuperation or healing process.  It is inevitable for anyone exposed to strenuous exercise or activity to not feel tired and overly stressed.  However, fast and efficient recovery may come to the rescue in the form of therapeutic massage.  Such a recovery can include improved blood and lymph circulation, muscle relaxation and overall relaxation.  Consequently, these lead to extraction of waste products and improved cell nutrition, stabilization of tissues, neutralization of trigger points, and faster healing of injuries which can result to relief from soreness and stiffness, enhanced flexibility, and reduced likelihood of future injury.</p>
<p>Two, it triggers the relaxation response.  Over-training which is often associated with irritability, apathy, loss of appetite, insomnia and many more often occurs during heavy exercise or workout.  However, therapeutic massage could thwart over-training because it stimulates relaxation.  It relaxes tense muscles.</p>
<p>Three, it is a form of stress relief.  Massage does help balance the effects of stress in our lives, reduce anxiety level and tension headaches, normalize blocked energy flow, improve the functioning of the immune system and restore a calm mind and feeling of well-being. What could be more rewarding then than a stress-free life or a stress-free day.</p>
<p>While the aforementioned benefits are quite obvious, studies have found out that massage is much more beneficial in treating depression, anxiety and many more emotional issues rather than the physical issues or those associated with physical pain.</p>
<p>We ought to consider that we need to take the initiative of maintaining a sound body and a sound mind.  There is so much benefit in indulging yourself into a regular massage.  The cost is worth it.  Start feeling good in mind and body today by treating yourself to a relaxing massage! After all, our over-all health and well-being lie in our hands.</p>
