I Just Won A FREE Coaching Session from Noah St. John

It is very rarely that I delve into to my personal life here, however I have been going through some rough times lately and have had some difficulty allowing and getting my thoughts back in order.
For the past two days I have been spending time expressing gratitude and envisioning all the things I want for my future and today I was finally starting to feel better. The longer you focus on the positive the quicker it comes at least that has held true for me.
As I said I began to feel better today and then it happened!! I received an email from Noah St. John author of The Great Little Book of Afformations and The Secret Code to Success.
What did the email say? Well…..I ordered a book of Noah’s a few days ago. It was a contest that Noah was putting on. There were 5 winners and I WAS ONE OF THEM. Needless to say I am absolutely thrilled. Noah’s book on Afformations helped me through a very difficult time in the past and continues to help me on a daily basis.
What is the point of this post? Well first it is to express my excitement. Secondly, it is to show how asking and changing your mindset can bring you much in life.
I was struggling and wanting a way to realign and become more positive. Not only did I achieve a step up on the emotional scale, but I also received a free coaching session from a personal development author.
I am excited to have my session with Noah St. John and I am sure it will serve me well. I am also grateful that I achieved a better feeling state so quickly.
So remember, if you are having a hard time, simply focus as much as you can on the positive, what you want, and gratitude and it will soon be yours!!!
